Brikmen Sdn Bhd (1370991-H) was incorporated in 2020 as a construction firm. The company has been actively involved in the construction field, specializing in building, civil & structure, infrastructure, renovation, and refurbishment work.

We are an experienced and hands-on team, supported by our own strong network of contractors, building material suppliers, professional consultants, bankers, and financiers. We will be your trusted partner from the start phase of the construction until the turnover of the project. Our vision is to be a world-class builder that provides the highest quality of building works.

Dr. Ir. Ts. Beh received the 5th Malaysia Top Entrepreneur of The Year Awards (AEEF) in recognition of his outstanding entrepreneurship and sound business acumen.

Dr. Ir. Ts. Beh is an expert in Mechanical and Electrical Services with an illustrious engineering career of 15 years in the Construction and Building Industry.

Dr. Ir. Ts. Beh has vast experience in Mechanical & Piping of storage tanks, steel structures, industrial oil and gas piping, as well as Electrical and Instrumentation in oil & gas (refinery), petrochemicals, power generation, and transmission. Dr. Ir. Ts. Beh pursued certification as a Green Building Index Facilitator (GBIF) as Dr. Ir. Ts. Beh is passionate about helping the industry develop sustainable frameworks and guiding principles while taking into consideration the Economic, Environmental, and Social (EES) risks and opportunities. This goes alongside the financial implications of sustainable development as a measure to generate long-term benefits and business continuity. Before starting SD Associates Sdn. Bhd. and assuming the position as the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ir. Ts. Beh was appointed as the Senior Manager Serba Dinamik Group Berhad, focusing on Project Management for Power Plant, Construction, and Building Industry.

Besides that, Dr. Ir. Ts. Beh is a mentor of the Engineering Competency Development Program for the Institute of Engineer Malaysia and standing committee for The Institution of Engineer Malaysia on Professional Practice division and Examinations and Qualifications division (Sessions 2020/21).

Alvin Tan is a Senior Construction Manager, an experienced and hands-on construction. Alvin Tan is a construction lead and a construction site point of contact for the client. He is responsible for oversight and supervising the entire construction project.

Alvin Tan has 40 years of experience in construction management and project management in Malaysia. In the past, he has successfully managed and deployed multiple large scale projects for clients.

Alvin Tan is also well versed in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services. He has vast experience across various sectors including Residential, Hypermarket, retail, Hotel, Hospital, School, Industrial/manufacturing, mixed development, and Commercial Office.
